Yesterday we implemented our VIP system, it mostly went well, but of course there is always more to do, to update and fix.

Water Lily Hat from Brasilis quest will get its proper sprite
Those that already got their "Hat" will get them replaced by the GM Team
Pet Status window client crash, should get fixed.
Quest dialog for Brasilis quest will be corrected to state the correct punctuation.
VIP Buffs being added. Satelite town journeys will be 1000z instead of 10,000 (alberta docks mostly)
Primo d'Buffer right inside the Eden Group will give 30 minute +7 buff to all stats (these will act as food). We are working on adding to this later.
Battle Manuals, Thick Battle Manuals, Novice Training Manuals, HE Battle Manuals will compensate for exp when consumed by a VIP character giving the expected "old BM + Premium server" amount.
Outside WoE Kafras :
Non-VIP : Repair 20,000 , Save, Storage 500z, Breeder (With Mado) Normal cost with 5 minute cool down for Mados.
VIP : Repair 5,000, Save, Storage 100z, INN 5000z, Warps between areas and castles, Breeder (With Mado) Normal Cost with 5 Minute Cool down for Mados
Arch Bishop quest should work appropriately now.
VIP marriage is still needing fixed, if you are trying to get married, please contact the CS team and we will assist you until it is fixed.
Current issues we are aware of and are trying to resolve:
Latency and inability to connect to our website/games. This looks to be a route issue, I've seen Tracerts of "dead" routers between us and players. Hopefully these start to auto-reroute (as the internet is designed to do) .
We are contating our ISP about them, but there may be more bad routes out there, so tracerts are still appreciated.
Difficulty in Patching. A combination of the above situation, increased traffic and permission issues seem to be the biggest cause of patching problems.
