Patch notes were supposed to be posted on iroWiki due to the move, dunno what happened there but here is what I know of the post-maint. Since people are asking, posting what we were told.

There will be halloween jacks that drop blue cards, taking the cards that spell out BOO to the spooky machine along with a cracked buckler willl use the Enhanced Enriched rates

Future Plans posted no dates and that most of that stuff is in internal testing, no where does it say its implemented today. Gravity just moved data centers, its four leaf clover lucky that it went off without a hitch for the game/web/etc servers.

Halloween is just gearing up a little higher on the 26th! Some of the events end on November 1st so be sure to get your spookfulls before then!
Halloween Jakks are all around Rune Midgard, collect their blue cards to spell out a special Halloween Message for the Spooky Machine!.
Spooky Machine will take the message and the daily Cracked Buckler and upgrade using the "enhanced" rates rather than the default Rates. This should help you get those Battle Manual X3 and the Witch's Pumpkin Hat!
Halloween Part 2 quest! Challenge Nifflheim and uncurse the vacationing family!
Both the Gozarian Mask and the Witch's Pumpkin Hat can be purchased in the Kafra shop if you do not wish to earn them the free and easy way!
