Fixed a Bug with one of the 56-70 Eden Group Quest turn in. It would not properly complete Puppet Master's Agony and due to this every quest afterwards from the npc was bugged as well.
The Louyang Ambassador has come to his senses and will now be properly checking for and taking 40 Yellow Plates. He also apparently has a hate in his heart for Kapha's and will be properly offering the Kapha hunting quest as well.
Creeper Bow will no longer auto-cast Fiber Lock inside Memorial Dungeon Instances. This was preventing MVPs from having a fighting chance against the heroes of Rune Midgard and the MVPs were complaining.
Rachel Spotlight will be going in.
