To prevent crashes and bugged characters, a check will be added to the NPC to make sure that you are not able to rebirth while riding a rental mount

We have just received data from headquarters for a Lunar New Years Quest! Will have details posted soon about the quest but it involves the Malangdo Octopus festival, disguising one's self as a blue horse, and those crazy cats.
There are two parts to the event: the Malangdo Octopus Festival, where players collect octopus legs and turn them into delicious takoyaki (grilled octopus dumplings). There is another quest taking place in Payon where you hunt the strange blue allicorns near the village.
