Polar Bear Cap being added to Alora's list of headgears to convert and a new NPC. This temporary NPC will provide the same Polar Bear Cap costume headgear services for the duration of the Xmas event,
afterwards players will still be able to take the +8 upgraded polar bear cap to Alora in the Eden Group.
