Instagram allows their users to request a reset password if they have forgotten their password. This is a feature where you can recover your account if you
forgot Instagram password. Follow the instructions below to do the same:
1. When you open your Instagram, you will see the “Forgot password” on your iPhone and “Get help signing in” on the Android on the login page. Click on that option to proceed.
2. Enter your email or phone number in the next session.
3. Tap on next and do as per the instructions given on the screen.
4. A link will be sent to your mail or your text message, whatever you have provided to reset your password.
5. Click on the link that set your new password there.
