Common

- Changed Malangdo enchantment to show the number of coins used by the enchant.
- Spring event ended.
- April Fool's Day event ended.
Event items are deleted
- Added 'Help' function in the Navigation system.
Click on the 'Help' icon under the Navigation window to learn how to use the system
Navigation commands:
/navigation or /navi (ie. /navigation prontera 100/100 shows the route to coordinate 100, 100 within prontera. This command, by default, will show airship and other transportation routes that cost zeny.
/navigation2 or /navi2 (ie. /navi2 prontera 100/90 1/1/1 shows the route to coordinate 100, 90 within prontera. The 1/1/1 represents Scroll, Zeny and Airship respectively where 1 makes the navigation show routes that use these items/currency/service and 0 makes the navigation system to not show these routes.

$$lvXY (Searches for monsters at XY level, where XY represents the monster's level)

Search function is split into 4 categories: All, Map, NPC, Monster.
Use commands to use the search function, which will show the result based on the command specifications. (ie. Typing "Prontera Kafra" will show all kafra NPCs in Prontera)
Clicking on an entry in the search result will show the details. If valid, clicking the 'Guide' icon while viewing the search entry will show route information.
Scroll / Zeny / Airship checkbox can be used to travel around the world much faster.
Clicking on 'Guide' icon will change the detailed search entry window into a route guide window.
The route guide window can be toggled between detailed search entry window by clicking on the 'Search Entry Window' and 'Route Guide Information Window' buttons located at the bottom of the window.

3rd class and 2nd extended class (Kagerou&Oboro, 99+ Super novice etc.) cannot participate
3rd class and 2nd extended class buffs will not work in siege areas
Golden Thief Bug and Maya Purple card options will not be applied in siege areas
Taekwon Kid skill: Leap cannot be used
KvM equipment options will not be applied in siege areas
God Items (Mjolnir, Sleipnir, Megingjard, Brisingamen, Brynhild, Asprika) options will not be applied in siege areas
Using Emergency Call will not summon characters that cannot participate in WoE TE
Siege armor sets, bellum weapons', and siege potions options will be disabled in siege areas.
- Added 50% EXP/DROP event for a week.
- Added Hairstylist on the 1st floor of Kuritura Academy.
- Added Transcendent quest to waive the cost of transcending.
- Changed 'Grade A Coins' to not be storage-able.
- Changed the warning message displayed when logged in for more than 1 hour.
- Changed the Quest Information Window to only display up to 5 current quests.
- Changed the costume tab to allow drag & dropping of costume items in between costume tab and inventory window.
- Equipments that have been equipped through the Personal Tab in inventory window will be returned to the tab when unequipped.

White Lady Hat [1]
A hat modeled after the fairy, White Lady.
INT +3, MDEF +9.
Increases Magical damage done to Undead monsters by 10%.
When magically attacking or receiving magical damage, small chance to activate "White Lady's Possession". While under this status, wearer loses 10 SP per second and gain "Psychic Power". Higher refinement on the headgear increases the transformation duration and effectiveness of "Psychic Power".

[Psychic Power]: Transformation lasts 2 seconds, +1 second for every 3 refinement on the headgear. Increases MATK while in this state by 30 * refinement. Decreases Fixed Cast time of skills depending on the refinement on the headgear.

- Adjusted the War of Emperium TE time to match the main servers (Sunday, 7:00 AM PST to 8:00 AM PST).
- Added confirmation window when buying items through player vends.
- Increased the Stun chance for Sura skill: Dragon Combo.
- Fixed the duration error with Shadow Chaser skill: Chaos Panic.
- Warlock skill: Release can no longer be reproduced with Shadow Chaser skill: Reproduce.
- Fixed Arch Bishop skill: Clearance to properly remove the following effects.

　※ 내비게이션 사용 설명입니다.

　　2.명령어로 검색한다. 규칙은 검색 하려는 문자열이 모두 포함된 정보를 출력 한다.
　　　ex) 프론 카프 -> 검색 결과 프론테라의 카프라를 모두 출력 한다.
　　3.리스트에서 항목을 선택하면 정보가 출력된다.
　　　출력 되고 있는 목표가 있을때 안내 버튼을 클릭하면 해당 목표로 길을 안내 한다.
　　4.scrool/ zeny/ plane 상자를 원하는 만큼 체크하여 더 빠른 경로를 안내 받을 수 있다.
　　5.안내 버튼이 눌러지면 결과 리스트창은 길안내 리스트 장으로 변경 된다.
　　6.검색 리스트창 하단 버튼을 이용하여
　　　[결과 리스트 창] <-> [길 안내 정보 창] 으로 보기 모드 변경 가능하다.
