Pero a parte de ser pocas skills para nuevos jobs, el resto de skills nuevas no parecen tener ninguna relacion con ninja/gun.
por lo que veo el daño con ese equipo + 139 de int los cual base es 120 con 119 de dex y base lvl 150 y orlean glove.
calculo con 870 de max-matk estaria haciendo
crimson rock
43239 daño total con equipo incluido
25944 daño con thara+beret
12972 daño reduccion woe+ demi-humano
incrementa bastante ya que antes no superaba los 10k de daño en woe
PD:esto es sin amply porque no se como se aplica en la formula del max-matk
pues tetravortex con los 4 elementos estaria incrementando un total de 10% debido a la reduccion (por ejemplo con golden eatria aumentando un 40 % de daño a el tetravortex de viento y reduccionedo en 30% el tetravortex de tierra)

Lo que si, podria quizas ser una ventaja, es que un tetravortex de un solo elemento con estos items debe ser devastador.
