Dear community, We had promised to tell you about our decision regarding the continuation of euRO until the end of June. As we had already been in negotiation with Gravity in this regard since November 2008, but they still haven't arrived at a conclusion as to how they want to publish Ragnarok in Europe in the future, we have eventually and much to our regret withdrawn our offer to Gravity.
We owed and still owe you to provide you with the service for Ragnarok Online in a professional way, but under the prevailing circumstances, this is unfortunately not possible for us. We had forwarded plenty of ideas to Gravity regarding the extension of euRO, but regrettably, it never got down to their concrete realisation, as Gravity had postponed the required decisions time and again. Within the next few weeks, we will check with Gravity how things will continue for you in the future. We will keep you informed and we will directly forward any information we get from Gravity to you. We are also planning to surprise you with a few more events during this last era of the European Ragnarok Online you've known for years.
All of us highly regret that we won't continue to run Ragnarok, as even after all these years, we still see a great potential in and many possibilities for Ragnarok Online, not least with an additional Free-to-Play mode. But for us, the moment had come where we had seen no point in waiting for Gravity's decision any longer, as we had always demanded a great deal of ourselves to keep up the service for Ragnarok Online at the best possible level. We are aware of the fact that the current status which is due to the missing decision of Gravity does not correspond to our quality standards any longer and we do not want to retain this situation.
The previous short-time contract extensions caused that we could not make the desired investments for Ragnarok, for example in the domains of marketing, TV advertisement, banner advertisement, because these extensions couldn't offer us the long-term commercial perspective and planning reliability we would have needed.
Best regards,
Achim
en otras palabras todo es por dinero
Y siempre a sido por dinero. no more money = no more power, no more power= no more womens.
