¿Cambios Sorpresa en Renewal?

Durante el Mantenimiento del 10 de Noviembre hicimos una actualización al software del servidor para corregir un bug especifico respecto al Emperium e Infection, el cual permitia la ruptura casi instantánea del Emp. Revisamos muchas otras funciones para asegurarnos que las cosas funcionaban, aun así, cosas como cambios específicos en skills no fueron parte de esta serie de pruebas.
Estamos consultando con los Cuarteles Generales para descubrir cuales son todas las diferencias. La teoría actual a la que muchos de nosotros hemos llegado es que ahora estamos usando la ultima versión de Renewal. Esto es grandioso desde el punto de vista de una actualización, pero extremadamente fastidioso cuando fue por "sorpresa." Aun somos capaces de realizar pedidos de cambios, así que lo importante es descubrir cuales son todos esos cambios y cuantos problemas fueron corregidos y cuantos ellos causaron.

During Maintenance on 11/10 we did an update the server software to fix a specific bug regarding Emperiums and Infection, which allowed almost instant Emp breaking. We tested many other functions to be sure things worked, however things like specific skill changes were not a part of that testing battery.
We are consulting with HQ to find out what was all different. The current theory that we and many of you have arrived at is that we now are using the latest renewal version. This is great from an update point of view, but extremely annoying when it is a "surprise". We are still able to make change requests now, so the big thing is to discover what all the changes are and how many issues did they fix and how many did they cause.

xfusion, right now there is 1 consistent cause of latency, and that is a problem router between you and us. But in addition to that possible cause we are checking our internal network. It is more difficult for us to do our internal network check when we have additional reports that are outside us, but we still want to do so.
To help us do these diagnosis all I want is the following on the forum post.
* "Is the location you are forum posting from, the same location as you experienced game play lag from?"
Yes/No
* "What time in PST (clock is on the website) did this happen"

Right now we are working with a diagnostic tool from a company that specializing in diagnosing and fixing network issues. It is aggravating to be entering our access period of that tool (we don't own it so we only have it for x-time) and then have issues that exist outside our network at the same time. But we want to use the heck out of that tool while we can to try and squeeze out every bit of performance we can, the above info is enough to get your direct latency looked at.
